Our Under 18 Boys and Girls Basketball teams travelled to Hyderabad to compete in the annual ISACI tournament. The teams faced off against top-tier competition from Stonehill School Bangalore (SIS), Mahindra International School Pune (MIS), and the host school, International School of Hyderabad (ISH), across two intense days of basketball action.
The Boy’s team fought valiantly through tough competition and injuries, pushing themselves to the limit. After battling through the group stages, they reached the semi-finals. Despite giving their all, they narrowly missed a spot in the final and finished in an admirable third place.
On the other hand, the Girl’s team played with grit and determination. They dominated throughout the tournament and secured their place in the final against the hosts, Hyderabad International School. In a thrilling encounter, they beat the hosts in a close match to win the gold medal.
We are incredibly proud of both teams for their hard work, resilience, and sportsmanship.
