TBS Triumphs at ISACI Swimming Championship 2024–25

The British School’s swim squad made waves at this year’s ISACI Middle and High School Swimming Championship, held at Stonehill International School, Bengaluru. Across two days of intense competition, the TBS team put on a dominant performance — claiming top honours in multiple age categories, breaking personal records, and displaying outstanding sportsmanship throughout.

Championship Highlights

  • Overall Champions in Girls & Boys 12 & Under
  • Overall Champions in Girls 13 & 14
  • Won 27 Gold, 18 Silver, and 16 Bronze medals
  • Recognised as Overall ISACI Swimming Champions 2024–25

From powerful starts to strong relay finishes, every race brought excitement and pride to the TBS camp. Our swimmers embodied not just talent, but also teamwork and resilience — values at the core of the school’s sporting philosophy.

Swimmers Who Made Headlines

Anika was the standout swimmer, winning an incredible 10 gold medals (7 in individual events and 3 in relays), demonstrating elite-level focus and composure across all disciplines. Other consistent performers included Samara, Swapnika, and Jaxon, who all medalled in their respective individual and team relay events.

Recognising Sportsmanship

The TBS team was also recognised for its behaviour in and out of the pool. Four swimmers received the prestigious Sportsmanship Award:

Demonstrated integrity and leadership during all events and team interactions.

Exhibited humility in victory, encouragement in defeat, and deep commitment to team values.

More Than Medals

Beyond the podium finishes, this event left lasting impressions on our swimmers. Many achieved personal bests, while others learned valuable lessons about preparation, pacing, and perseverance.

Swimmers also enjoyed a team evening together post-event — celebrating effort, friendship, and the journey they had shared.
