This assessment is designed to measure core physical attributes such as endurance, strength, speed, and agility. The results will help coaches better understand each student\u2019s current fitness level, inform training plans, and ensure athletes are developing holistically and safely over time. This decision will be based on a comprehensive review of each participant\u2019s performance data, sport-specific skill assessments, and fitness evaluation results. In addition, students and parents are expected to uphold the Panthers Code of Conduct, which emphasises respect, commitment, and sportsmanship on and off the field.
