The Sports Hall came alive with roaring energy as four elite school teams clashed in the much-anticipated Futsal Tournament 2025 — a post-exam celebration and a warm welcome back for the U19 football squad. Designed as a 20-minute round-robin contest, the event witnessed sharp footwork, tactical brilliance, and above all, the unshakable spirit of school sports.

Purpose & Passion

This tournament wasn’t just about goals—it was about momentum. The goal? Keeping the boys active, connected, and thriving during the city’s high-pollution red days when outdoor play is limited. It was a strategic pivot by the PE Department, and the students loved every minute of it.

“We’ve been waiting for something like this. Getting to compete indoors at this level—especially post-exams—was exactly what we needed,” shared one of the senior players.

Star Performers

From fast breaks to stunning saves, all teams brought their A-game. But two players particularly stole the show:

Arjun Khanna
Best Player – TBS Red (Year 12)
Takeru Fujiwara
Best Player – TBS Black (Year 9)

High-Octane Highlights

  • U14 standouts like Takeru earned promotion to the U18 squad with stellar play.
  • Mack and other juniors matched the intensity of senior players, showcasing future potential.
  • Teams adapted quickly to indoor dynamics, playing fluid, high-speed football.

Behind the Scenes

With over 40 players involved, organizing indoor futsal wasn’t without challenges. Crafting regulation-sized goals inside the Sports Hall was a logistical test, but one that the PE team managed with creativity and precision.

Looking Ahead

With every kick and cheer echoing through the hall, the Futsal Tournament 2025 proved that even a compact court can spark massive impact. Hats off to every player, coach, and organizer who brought this beautiful game indoors—and to life.
