U19 Girls Football

HEART, HUSTLE &
PANTHERS PRIDE

October 2026 • International School of Hyderabad

There are games that test your athletic skill, and then there are games that test your absolute character. At the recent ISACI U19 Girls Football Tournament, the TBS Panthers proved they possess an abundance of both. Competing in a fast-paced 7v7 format at the International School of Hyderabad, the squad secured a hard-fought Runners-Up finish in the competitive three-team championship.

/// THE TURNING POINT

The defining highlight of the tournament was a masterclass in resilience. Facing a daunting 2-1 deficit and navigating the frustration of what the students felt was biased officiating, the team could have easily surrendered. Instead, they maintained their absolute composure. Working flawlessly as a united front, they netted a dramatic equalizer before pressing on to secure a thrilling third goal. It was a comeback built on pure determination.

/// SPOTLIGHT ON THE PANTHERS

While the entire squad performed exceptionally well and supported each other at every turn, several standout performances drove the team to second place:

ANUSHKA

Named the Tournament MVP, Anushka was the ultimate difference-maker. She struck the decisive winning goal that secured the Panthers’ place in the final.

SYRA

ANAYA

DEFENSIVE WALL

A fortress at the back, Anaya gave her all in defense, demonstrating tremendous determination and refusing to give up even in the most challenging moments.

/// LEAVING A LEGACY

With ISH claiming the title and SIS taking third place, the Panthers returned home as proud Runners-Up. More importantly, they returned as a stronger, more united team. Their performance at ISACI 2026 wasn’t just about the final score—it was about the heart they left on the pitch. The future of Panthers Football is fierce!
