We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our Under 9 and Under 11 swimmers at the International School Sports Organisation (ISSO) Swimming Championship, held on 9th and 10th April 2026.
This year’s championship carried special significance as the Under 9 category was introduced for the very first time, making the event even more exciting and inclusive for young swimmers. With approximately 10 to 12 schools from Delhi NCR and Jaipur and around 250 to 300 swimmers competing across a wide range of events, the standard of competition was exceptionally high.
The British School was proudly represented by a team of 19 swimmers across the U9 and U11 categories. Across the two days, our swimmers displayed exceptional technique, determination, focus, and sportsmanship, rising to the challenge with confidence and true Panthers pride.
From powerful individual swims to dominant relay victories, the Panthers made their presence felt in spectacular fashion, producing a championship performance that reflected months of hard work, discipline, and commitment in training.
TBS Claimed Clear Supremacy in the Pool
Our relay teams delivered a statement performance, combining speed, discipline, and flawless teamwork to sweep a remarkable series of gold medal finishes.
Individual Excellence at Its Finest
Celebrating swimmers whose performances, determination, and composure stood out in a truly memorable championship for the Panthers.
Celebrating Our Panthers U9 & U11 Swimmers
A proud salute to every swimmer who represented The British School with courage, commitment, and championship spirit in the pool.
A Championship Performance to Remember
We are incredibly proud to announce that The British School emerged as the Overall Champions for the North Zone Region in Swimming (U9 & U11) — a remarkable achievement that reflects the team’s discipline, dedication, and passion for the sport.
Adding to this outstanding success, our U11 team clinched the trophy for TBS for the second consecutive year, a powerful testament to the strength and consistency of our swimming programme.
The hard work shown by our swimmers during training translated beautifully into the pool, where every race reflected preparation, composure, and competitive hunger. Just as impressive was the team spirit they displayed throughout the meet, constantly encouraging and lifting one another both in and out of the water.
Please Join Us in Celebrating Our Swimmers
Please do join us in congratulating all of our swimmers when you see them around school. Their efforts, resilience, and achievements are deeply inspiring and have brought great pride to the entire TBS community.
This championship was more than a medal-winning meet — it was a celebration of teamwork, excellence, and the unstoppable Panthers spirit in the water.
A special thank you to Coach Kritika, Pankaj, and Tarun for their dedication, guidance, and tireless support.
